Neon Marketplace just opened its sixth RI store. How it’s more than just a gas station.

North Providence, RI – Since its first location opened in Middletown in 2020, Neon Marketplace has set out to transform how the Northeast perceives gas stations, particularly when it comes to food. The company has rapidly expanded, with stores in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, adding their ninth location at 1874 Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence. Neon Marketplace, like other well-known convenience chains, has ambitions to become a major player in the Northeast.

These stores feature locally sourced products and have an emphasis on food, offering a fresh alternative to typical gas station fare. Each store also includes seating areas, reinforcing the focus on creating a welcoming space.

Beyond its premium food options, Neon Marketplace also offers gas and EV charging stations.
